Our Shipping Approach
JUNGMAWEN is built for everyday wear and real life. To avoid unnecessary inventory and overproduction, some items may be shipped directly from trusted manufacturing partners or fulfillment centers. This allows us to keep our collections fresh, maintain fair pricing, and operate more efficiently.
1) Processing Time & Shipping Fee
Processing time:
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packing before shipment.
During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping fee:
Flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.
2) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and carrier route. Estimates (not guaranteed):
- United States: 10–15 business days
- Canada / UK / Australia: 11–16 business days
- Rest of World: 15–20 business days
3) Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping email with tracking details. Please note:
- Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after label creation
- Lack of early updates does not always mean the parcel isn’t moving
4) Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):
- Duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility (if charged)
- We are not responsible for customs delays
5) Address Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change an address or cancel, contact service@jungmaven.shop within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processing begins, changes/cancellations may not be possible.
6) Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged on arrival:
Email photos within 72 hours of delivery; we will review and arrange a solution (replacement or other resolution as appropriate).
Lost in transit:
If the carrier confirms loss, we will arrange a replacement (when available) or another resolution.
