Return & Refund Policy

At Jungmawen, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and issue claims work.

1) Return Eligibility

A return may be accepted if all conditions are met:

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn and unwashed, in the same condition as received
  • Returned with original packaging and all components (tags attached, original bag/box where applicable)
  • Proof of purchase provided (order number/receipt)

Returns may be declined if items show signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, odors, or missing tags.

2) Non-Returnable Items

Returns/refunds are not available for:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items marked Final Sale / Non-returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts / promotional items
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, swimwear without hygiene liner, where applicable)

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos/videos of the item, inner packaging, outer box, and shipping label

If approved, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement, or a refund depending on the case and inventory.

4) How to Start a Return

Include your order number, the item(s), and the reason for return. Returns must be authorized first; unauthorized returns may be refused.

5) Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (verified defect/incorrect item/damage on arrival)
  • Use trackable shipping
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels

6) Refunds

After inspection, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved:

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days to appear (provider-dependent)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the issue is our error

7) Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order.

8) Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t see the refund after the normal timeframe:

  1. Check your bank/payment account again
  2. Contact your card issuer/payment provider
  3. Contact your bank (posting times vary)
    If still missing, email service@jungmaven.shop with your order number.

9) Order Cancellations

  • If not shipped, we may be able to cancel
  • If shipped, the order must follow the return process (if eligible)

Return instructions and the correct return address (if applicable) will be provided after approval.
